For this reason, at your next check-in, you will notice that we have strengthened our procedures, but you won’t have to worry, these will useful to ensure your safety. First of all, we want to inform you that the staff of Montenapoleone Suites has been trained in detail about preventive and essential measures, so for any need, you can refer to us!

Below is an example of the procedures applied:

• Automatic body temperature detection
• Use of protective devices (such as masks and gloves) by our staff and Guests
• Protective screen on the Reception counter
• Adhesive spacer lines on the floor and signs to help maintain social distance and comply with the new rules
• Disinfectant gel dispensers available in common areas
• Realization of strict protocols of cleaning and sanitization of rooms, as well as common areas, also the help of aerosol machines that allow the spread of certified and non-toxic virucide.
• Beverage and snack services may be reduced or not available

• Web Check-in/Express Check-Out process implementation
• Digitization of all useful information (in order to limit the paper part)
• Kit with a mask and disinfectant gel supplied in all rooms
