Acceptance of the estimate implies having read and accepted the terms and conditions set out here.

POLICIES OF CANCELLATION

Requests for cancellation must be sent by e-mail to: info@montenapoleonesuites.com

Standard rate:

Cancellation by 12:00 two days before arrival: free;
Cancellation after 12:00 two days before arrival: penalty equal to the amount of the first night of stay; No show: 100% penalty of the amount of the stay.

Non refundable rate:

In case of changes or cancellation of the reservation will be applied the penalty of 100% of the amount of the stay.

REQUEST FOR MODIFICATION OF THE DATES OF STAY:

In case of changes of dates, the price of the stay will be adjusted to the active rate on the day of the change request. You can request the change of dates only if the booking was made directly with the property and communicated to the same necessarily by e-mail to info@montenapoleonesuites.com

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:

Within 2 days before arrival you will need: Fill in the online check-in via the link sent by the hotel, entering the personal data of all the components and the tax code of the booking holder; Make the total balance of the stay, excluding the tourist tax and any supplements. In the absence of the balance within 2 days before the reservation will be cancelled.

LOST AND FOUND SERVICE

The property offers a Lost and Found service. The reception will contact customers to inform them of any items left after their stay.
Items will be stored for a maximum of 60 days.
